Hey everyone, with this awesome summer weather, we’ve started to serve iced coffee made with the Aeropress.

You’ll hear a lot of different opinions about how iced coffee should be made, but we find that taking a hot brewed Aeropress and then rapidly cooling it inside an cold jug with just the right amount of ice is the best way to make a sweet iced coffee without the risk of over/under extraction.
