Last monday, Black & Bloom was present at the Infomarket at the Keiweek. We’ve set up a stand with a Kees van der Westen Mirage espressomachine and a mobile brewbar. Right from the start, the brewbar was slammed but Nick Stevens (aka Clogish) kept his cool and produced some great brews. We served the Ethiopia Sidamo Shakisa from HeadFirst Coffee on Tiamo drippers, it was fruity, sweet and delightful with a soft sweet aftertaste. On espresso we had the Panama La Esmeralda Palmyra from our friends at Espressofabriek, Amsterdam. Especially the cappuccino was a bit hit.
The Keiweek has just started and we hope to see all of you again some time for some awesome coffees.
