We’ve had this one around mid july already. It still has the great chocolate mouthfeel, orange acidity and nutty taste. It seems like it is more clear then the last time and I think it’s because we changed the water filter.
We still serve the Kochere, I’ve got around one kilo left on the second grinder. This one becomes better and better.
Also we have a new Costa Rica on filter, a Finca de Licho Natural. This one needs a little more testing but I think it will make an awesome aeropress.
